Construction Scheduler

RK&K is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our Construction Management team supporting CM, CEI, and Design programs across multiple locations. You will be an integral part of our Program Management Office, interacting with internal staff, client project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to analyze schedules, monitor performance, and support project success.

Essential Functions

• Prepare and analyze procurement needs; track critical activities
• Support logistics for materials and equipment handling, storage, and staging
• Monitor program milestones and interdependencies
• Oversee project planning and schedule updates
• Engage with clients to manage and progress contracts
• Analyze delays using industry-standard methodologies
• Provide early warnings on schedule-impacting issues
• Participate in meetings with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum two (2) years' experience in construction project/program management
• Ability to develop and evaluate complex schedules
• CPM scheduling experience
• Proficient with Primavera P6
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of contract procedures and principles
• Effective communication and strong writing skills
• Understanding of construction logic and sequencing for highway and transportation projects
• Ability to work in the field around operating equipment periodically

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Two (2) years of construction or engineering experience
• Experience with Tilos and Procore
