Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior scheduler to lead schedule development for multiple turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects. You will prepare, maintain, and issue schedules, interpret progress, and communicate sequencing across design, procurement, and construction workstreams.

Travel to jobsites is required, and you will work from the Lexington office. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of scheduling experience in construction, proficiency with MS Project and Primavera, and the

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a qualified scheduler.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Construction industry experience required.
• Understanding of logic relationships between components of turnkey food and beverage manufacturing projects.
• Fundamental understanding of design, process design, procurement, processing, packaging, material handling and building systems.
• Ability to generate schedules using PFDs, P&IDs, and traditional construction documents.
• Leadership skills to communicate and implement construction approaches across project workstreams.
• Technical capability using current versions of Microsoft Project and Primavera.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, software and email.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be physically present in the Lexington office.
• Willingness to travel to jobsites as necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
