Construction Scaffolding Labor - Professional Sporting Events

InProduction, a leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the U.S. live events industry, is seeking Construction Scaffolding Laborers for professional sporting events.

As a Scaffolding Laborer, you will be involved in building and dismantling scaffolds at venues such as football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks. You will work in crews of up to five members, traveling between jobs, often overnight, with accommodations provided by InProduction.

This full-time, year-round position offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays and vacation, and opportunities for overtime and career growth into roles such as Crew Lead, Foreman, or Project Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and breaking down scaffolds, installing ladders, walkways, and handrails
• Assisting with the safe installation and removal of equipment
• Inspecting scaffold components and maintaining safety standards
• Preparing sites, loading/unloading materials, and studying plans prior to installation
• Ensuring safety measures are followed, including fall protection
• Maintaining tools and ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements include:

• Background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools and safety procedures
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Overtime availability; bilingual skills are a plus
