OJ Insulation is seeking a motivated Fireplace Sales Representative in Long Beach, CA to build relationships with builders, contractors, developers, and homeowners while promoting fireplace products and related solutions. You will generate leads, present products, assess needs, and close sales to meet revenue targets.

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary Rate: $55,000 - $75,000 base salary, depending on experience, with commissions

Physical demands: This role involves frequent travel and requires regular standing and walking at customer and construction sites. The employee may occasionally need to lift and carry product samples or materials weighing up to 25-30 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather, noise, and site conditions. The position also involves tasks that require sufficient vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to communicate effectively, review plans, and use computers and mobile devices.
