Job summary

PIP Global Safety in Ohio seeks a Construction Sales Manager to oversee a defined territory, drive revenue, and manage distributor and end-user relationships in the construction sector.

You will execute sales plans to achieve growth, expand footprint in core PPE categories, stay on top of the competitive landscape, identify opportunities for new products, support launches, and work closely with Product Sales Managers on key conversions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
• Experience coordinating activities to meet objectives and goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.

The Construction Sales Manager (CSM) reports to the Area Sales Director and has a set territory of customers within a geographic area. The CSM is responsible for all account management and revenue targets within their assigned customers.
