Qualifications

• Seven or more years of construction experience with field safety responsibility.
• Experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day field leadership for construction safety activities on hyperscale data center projects.
• Promote a proactive safety culture focused on hazard recognition, prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor field activities to verify compliance with OSHA regulations, project plans, client requirements, and safe work practices.
• Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections, observations, and audits to identify hazards and drive timely corrective actions.
• Partner with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, and trade supervision to integrate safety into daily work planning and execution.
• Review JHAs, AHAs, pre-task plans, permits, and safety documentation prior to high-risk work.
