Job summary

Medcor is seeking a Safety Professional for a 2‑month construction project. You will work 50 hours per week on a new build (Trailer/Tent setup), ensuring compliance with safety programs and client/site requirements. Responsibilities include audits, documentation, and coordinating with field teams and management.

The role requires OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and CHST/OSHA 500 preferred, with strong safety experience and ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Current CPR / First Aid Card required.
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction required.
• CHST, OSHA 500 preferred.
• Relevant safety experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive professional relationships with field personnel, management and outside agencies during all phases of construction.
• Coordinate and conduct audits of crews to identify unsafe conditions and promote safe practices.
• Document and communicate site audit information and training records.
• Implement federal, local, and site safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Review client/owner requirements and ensure compliance.
