Southland Holdings is seeking a Safety Professional to oversee all safety aspects of our large project in Chinle, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong integrity, safety knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively. Relocation assistance is available for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of construction safety experience.
• Experience with water/wastewater, pipe, concrete projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively on site.
• Willing to relocate and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety meetings and audits.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe work practices.
• Write JHA and EHS documentation.
• Inspect tools and equipment for safety compliance.
• Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
