The ideal candidate has construction safety experience, HVAC background, and OSHA 500/510/30 certifications, with strong communication and travel flexibility to cover Central Florida. This role offers competitive compensation and long-term career growth.

Qualificações

• Construction safety experience; HVAC or mechanical background preferred.
• Experience with incident investigations and claims management.
• Knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and related hazards.
• OSHA 500, 510, 30 certification required.
• Strong field presence and communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Central Florida.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily jobsite safety and enforce company standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, orientations, and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and support workers' compensation claims and return-to-work coordination.
• Review site-specific safety plans and Job Hazard Analyses.
• Verify employee and subcontractor training documentation.
• Partner with project managers and field teams to address hazards.
• Maintain safety records and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
