Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Regional HVAC Safety Manager to oversee safety across its South Florida operations. You will lead site Safety Managers, drive safety performance, and own incident response and claims management.

The ideal candidate has construction safety leadership experience in HVAC or mechanical contracting, strong knowledge of workers’ compensation claims, investigations, and a proven ability to manage safety teams across multiple sites in South Florida.

A leading mechanical contractor is seeking a Regional HVAC Safety Manager to oversee safety across its South Florida operations. This role will lead site Safety Managers, strengthen field safety performance, and take ownership of incident response and claims management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Safety Managers across multiple projects
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims, incident investigations, and return-to-work coordination
• Coordinate with HR, insurance carriers, and project leadership on claims and corrective actions
• Conduct site audits and enforce company safety standards

Qualifications
