Patriot Erectors, LLC., located just west of Austin, Texas, seeks a qualified Safety Manager to integrate safety initiatives across projects and minimize injuries. You will maintain OSHA records, ensure regulatory compliance, and train staff on safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to train and coach staff on safe work practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Proven recordkeeping for safety programs and OSHA logs.
• Experience coordinating safety across multiple projects/sites.
• Understanding of construction safety practices and mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Preview projects/sites to identify safety risks.
• Visit active project sites to assess conditions and ensure compliance.
• Partner with PMs and field crews to implement safety solutions.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and other safety records.
• Maintain OSHA training certifications such as OSHA OTI.
• Train employees on safe work practices and procedures.
• Discipline non-compliant workers and subcontractors.
