Job summary

Cape Fox Shared Services is seeking a Corporate Safety Manager to develop and implement health and safety plans, enforce policies, assess risk, and ensure OSHA compliance across Mountain Point construction projects in the United States and abroad.

The role includes training, incident investigations, maintaining safety records, and leading a team of SSHOs and safety specialists to embed a zero-accident safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and implementing health and safety plans.
• Proven track record in enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Experience with DoD and OSHA regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and update environmental, health and safety procedures.
• Develop and execute health and safety plans per OSHA/EM385-1-1.
• Promote safety policies and train employees on safety.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes.
• Maintain safety records and training records for OSHA compliance.
• Oversee SSHOs and safety specialists in construction projects.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
