Qualifications

  • OSHA 1926/1910 knowledge applicable to construction safety.
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification is required.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification is required.
  • Additional safety certifications (e.g., CHST) are required.
  • Strong risk assessment and incident investigation capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse teams and leadership.
  • Knowledge of construction safety challenges and site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site audits to ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols.
  • Develop and rollout safety programs, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct hazard analyses and implement corrective actions.
  • Deliver safety training and orientations for new employees.
  • Investigate incidents and report root causes with preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with HR and division leaders to maintain compliance.
  • Prepare safety performance metrics and monthly reporting.
