Job summary

Custom Concrete is seeking a Safety Manager to promote a culture of safety, ensure OSHA compliance, and partner with operations to reduce risk across all sites. You will lead training, conduct field coaching, and manage incident investigations to protect employees and assets.

The role requires strong communication skills, 5+ years of construction safety experience, and the ability to work with corporate safety leadership to implement programs and track safety metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction safety experience.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and training skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership & culture efforts with operations and teams.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
• Develop and deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and coaching.
• Investigate workplace incidents and perform root cause analyses.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Travel to jobsites and company facilities as required.
