Job summary

Randstad is hiring Safety Representatives to support a major semiconductor construction project in Phoenix, AZ. The role provides hands‑on safety oversight across large‑scale operations, conducts field audits, identifies hazards, and supports OSHA compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full‑time safety experience and OSHA 30; CHST preferred.

Relocation/per diem options available for qualified non‑local candidates. Location: Phoenix, Arizona. Job type: Permanent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full‑time construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 required; CHST preferred.
• Must be dependable, proactive, and comfortable with a demanding field schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on construction safety oversight for a large‑scale semiconductor project.
• Conduct safety audits, field observations, hazard identification, and corrective‑action follow‑up across active concrete operations.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety‑program compliance across foundations, slabs, columns, and vertical structural concrete work.
• Partner with field leadership and craft employees to proactively address unsafe conditions and reinforce safe work practices.
• Mentor and develop less‑experienced safety personnel.
