Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety or related field OR equivalent experience.
• Three years of construction safety or OSHA training experience.
• GSP, CSP, CHST certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire safety orientations and trainings.
• Provide oversight and enforce safety compliance among subcontractors.
• Audit jobsites to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver onsite safety training sessions and toolbox talks.
• Maintain and manage safety equipment inventories.
• Input and manage training records; maintain safety policies and procedures.
• Investigate workplace incidents and perform root cause analyses.
