Job summary

Clune Construction Company is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our Safety team. You will work with the Regional Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures on jobsites, supporting profitability and productivity across projects.

You will conduct safety audits, evaluate improvements, and assist with incident investigations in partnership with the Risk Management Department, promoting safety as a project priority on every site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field, or equivalent combo.
• OSHA 30-hour certification, preferred.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal safety consultant for all business units.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Provide safety guidance in project planning stages.
• Attend and contribute to safety meetings.
• Pursue continuing training and certifications.
