TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Construction Safety Coordinator (CHST) to promote and enforce safety standards across multiple active construction sites. The role involves field inspections, guidance to workers, and collaboration with project managers to uphold OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of construction safety experience, OSHA 500, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in construction safety.
• OSHA 500 certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary safety contact on multiple construction sites.
• Identify hazards and implement corrective safety measures.
• Lead safety orientations, training, and certifications.
• Document unsafe conditions and maintain safety records.
• Lead accident investigations to find root causes and prevent recurrence.
