Job summary

Onni Properties, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support safety management systems, regulatory compliance, and on-site leadership. You will contribute to a culture of safe work practices across projects and help push continuous improvement in safety performance.

Responsibilities include inspections, incident investigations, training coordination, and maintaining records to meet OSHA/CALOSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in accredited college with major in occupational health and safety preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Spanish a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certified; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong documentation and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in safety inspections and verify corrective actions.
• Investigate injuries and accidents per jurisdictional requirements.
• Review accident investigations for corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training for management and supervisory staff.
• Maintain OSHA/CALOSHA compliance and records.
