Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong listening and quick learning aptitude.
• Results-oriented with multi-tasking abilities.
• Self-starter who asks questions when needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Desire to learn multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordination of safety duties (committees, preplanning, toolbox meetings).
• Participate in safety meetings, trainings, orientations.
• Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance.
• Promote safe work practices in line with regulations and owner requirements.
• Assist in jobsite inspections with Project Safety Manager or Superintendent.
• Maintain safety records (pre-task plans, training, incident investigations).
• Complete assigned tasks and projects.
• Learn and adhere to Keeley’s safety culture and policies.
• Support Keeley’s mission, vision, and values.
