Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Safety Intern to assist in formulating, developing, and coordinating safety and loss control functions across projects. The role emphasizes safety education, regulatory compliance, and on-site support for ongoing construction activities in Wisconsin.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a Safety/Health program, comfortable with 60-75% travel, and able to perform toolbox talks, audits, and safety trainings while coordinating with the Safety Department and project

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an approved Safety and Health Program.
• Willingness to travel 60-75%.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead discussions and present information clearly.
• Ability to track and organize safety statistics and forms.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Preferred knowledge of electrical construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with OSHA/ MSHA/ DNR and other regula­tors.
• Collaborates with Safety Department to improve safety and health.
• Interacts with customers and contractors to promote safety practices.
• Leads toolbox talks and ORM discussions on site.
• Acts as safety contact for onsite issues.
• Performs site safety audits and initiates corrective actions.
• Supports site personnel with safety needs.
• Assists in safety analysis and pre-planning.
• Assists in training employees on aerial lift, forklift and onboarding.
• Assists in completing and tracking safety forms and communications.
