B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to promote a safe work environment across our civil site development projects in Virginia. You will assist with inspections, support daily safety huddles, and help enforce health and safety protocols across multiple construction sites.

The role requires a background in occupational health and safety, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced site environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety required or preferred.
• Solid understanding of OSHA standards and construction safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with safety inspections and weekly site audits to identify hazards and violations.
• Support daily safety huddles and ensure crew compliance with safety guidelines.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigation, and documentation with corrective actions.
• Assist in organizing and delivering safety training on PPE, hazard recognition, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain safety records, meeting notes, training logs, and audit results.
• Help with contractor and owner safety audits and other site documentation.
