Qualifications

• Experience in construction is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain policies related to Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS).
• Coach and grow workforce on safe operating practices.
• Onboard and ensure safety compliance for subcontractors and staff.
• Lead safety meetings and track safety metrics and logs.
• Investigate incidents and enforce safety requirements as needed.
• Explore technology to improve safety efficiency.
