Safety Management Group in Lebanon, Indiana, is seeking a local Safety Advisor – Construction for the day shift. The role centers on site safety observations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with safety policies on the construction site.

Five plus years of construction safety experience are required. CSP/CHST/STSC credentials are preferred; OSHA 30‑hr Construction and first‑aid/CPR certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of construction safety experience.
• BSCP Cert preferred - CSP, CHST, STSC, etc.
• A degree in safety or related fields is preferred.
• First-aid/CPR certification from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association
• OSHA 30-hr Construction

Responsabilités

• Site safety observations, including documentation of findings
• Must be able to create reports, run safety metrics, and use other software programs
• Conduct Job Hazard Analysis
• Represent the contractor in progress meetings
• Verify compliance with safety policies and procedures as required by law, the Owner, and contractors
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and safety meetings
• Provides incident management and support
• Documentation and Report preparation
• Conducts Contractor program reviews
