Job summary

QXO is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Ground Loader to safely unload building products and bundles of shingles from rooftop delivery systems or ground operations. You will support delivery crews, verify orders before loading, and maintain rigorous safety standards on site.

The role requires physical strength, reliability, and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Training and certifications are provided to ensure PPE and safety protocols are followed consistently.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Work outside in all weather conditions.

• Access to reliable transportation to commute to branch location.
• Detail-oriented with strong safety discipline.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop.
• Assist with delivery operations when rooftop delivery is not feasible and provide ground support to the driver.
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck.
• Assist with delivery operations.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere to safety procedures, wearing PPE.

What you'll do:

• Safely unload building products and multiple bundles of shingles from conveyor boom from first or second story rooftop
• In certain instances where rooftop delivery is not feasible, the roof loader will provide support to the driver by assisting with ground drop operations at the designated job site
• Verify order contents prior to loading them onto the delivery truck
• Assist with delivery operations
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE
