Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction risk management, insurance underwriting, or account management.
• Extensive knowledge of the insurance market.
• Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks for the company.
• Administer the Corporate Property & Casualty Program and other insurance programs.
• Review and analyze insurance coverage related to contracts and agreements.
• Maintain schedules of insured projects and assets.
• Communicate insurance requirements to subcontractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with insurance programs.
