Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in safety, risk control/management, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and state certifications as required.
• Certifications such as ASP, CSP, ARM, CFPS are preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a field presence, spending 20–50% of time onsite with customers.
• Partner with Underwriting to select, retain, and grow a profitable book of business.
• Build productive relationships with Underwriting, Claims, Risk Control Specialists and Brokers.
• Perform risk assessments for high‑complexity Construction accounts with severe exposure.
• Write detailed reports communicating risk assessments and recommendations.
• Identify customer needs through loss analysis and provide Risk Control solutions.
• Stay current with technical and regulatory developments affecting risk control.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in specialty areas to support the team.
