Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in municipal construction inspection, engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of construction methods, municipal specifications, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in field reporting technology.

• Validate materials, grade, and workmanship through precise field checks.
• Maintain accurate reports, drawings, and project documentation.
