Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Construction Review Technician to learn and grow within our Construction Services Team. This role emphasizes hands-on training, field measurements, and collaboration with engineers and municipal officials.

You will assist with reviewing construction projects for conformity to plans, document daily progress, and support on-site problem solving while enjoying a culture that values ownership and employee development.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and perform basic math.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience in a related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing construction projects for compliance with plans and specifications.
• Verify line, grade, materials, and workmanship through field measurements.
• Document progress through daily reports and records using digital tools.
