Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to join our collaborative design team in Wisconsin. You will assist with municipal and infrastructure project design, construction documentation, and fieldwork, gaining hands-on experience in a 100% employee-owned firm.

The role emphasizes growth, mentorship, and ownership culture. You will work on diverse projects, contribute to design development, and participate in client interactions while developing your professional skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Relevant internship experience preferred.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsabilités

Goals & Responsibilities
