ServiceMaster of Charleston is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Construction Services Division to oversee residential and commercial restoration and remodeling projects from scope through completion.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and subcontractors, communicate clearly with homeowners and business leaders, and ensure quality workmanship by applying construction methods and best practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and teams.
• Working knowledge of construction methods and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets, plus subcontractor performance.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners and business leaders.
• Set customer expectations from scope to final walkthrough and financials.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractor crews and schedules.
• Apply construction methods and best practices to ensure quality workmanship.
• Utilize Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and reporting.
• Prepare and manage estimates, ideally with Xactimate.
• Document scope and measurements with Docusketch+.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
