White Cap is hiring immediately for a Rental Yard Associate, offering an on-site role in a diverse work environment. You will support equipment preparation, cleanup, and delivery staging while adhering to safety policies.

The position emphasizes growth opportunities and a team-first culture in the construction supply industry. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and basic maintenance tasks, with forklift experience preferred and knowledge of construction products.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Removes dirt and debris from rental equipment and area.
• Inspects all rental equipment for good condition before it goes out to the customer.
• Oils and lubricates all tools, equipment and tilt-up braces.
• Prepares and stages rental orders to go out for delivery.
• Follows company safety policy and procedures; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.
