Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing agency experience.
• Full-desk recruiting experience.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding placement goals and revenue targets.
• Strong relationship nurturing with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: using top-notch sales skills to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment: utilizing Jax ATS to find candidates who match open positions.
• Lead with Kindness + Respect.
• Collaborate with clients and candidates across industries to close roles.
