• Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: manage client development and candidate recruitment.
• Performance & Revenue Accountability: track record of meeting/exceeding placements.
• Relationship Nurturing: maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development to bring in and retain clients.
• Recruitment using our tech stack including ATS Jax to match candidates to roles.
• Lead with Kindness + Respect.
