Job summary

Mortenson Construction is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality system on medium to large projects from planning through final acceptance. You will coordinate with project teams, ensure corrective actions, and drive quality improvements across the program.

The role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage quality events, non-conformances, and external testers. Compensation includes a base pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent field.
• Minimum three years' experience in design, engineering, or construction with experience leading a project's quality system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Primavera Unifier.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mortenson's quality system on medium to large projects.
• Implement Quality Management Plan from start to final acceptance.
• Establish and lead quality control initiatives and corrective actions.
• Review project plans for quality requirements.
• Manage Quality Events, punch lists, and Non-Conformance Notices.
• Oversee third-party design and testing agencies.
• Coach and mentor Field and Project Engineers, manage career development.
