Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Quality Leadership professional to build and manage a network of quality functions across projects in a large-scale construction environment. You will drive prevention, standardization, and continuous improvement of quality across pursuits and construction phases.

Ideal candidates have 7–9 years in project management and quality assurance, with 2–4 years in a managerial role and a CMQ/OE certification. This is a senior role within DPR's quality organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7-9 years of experience in project management, quality assurance, quality control, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
• CMQ/OE certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and implementation of quality frameworks and processes across projects.
• Facilitates cross-functional quality review meetings and provides data-driven insights.
• Manages quality coordinators and ensures adherence to quality responsibilities including craft.
• Monitors quality processes through project pursuit, preconstruction and construction phases.
