Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction materials testing or QC
• Ability to read specs and drawings and translate into tests
• Comfortable communicating with superintendents about pass/fail results

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ITP and testing frequency log against specifications
• Schedule and witness field and laboratory tests
• Verify certifications of technicians and write the daily QC report
• Open, track, and close NCRs with the superintendent and engineer
• Keep submittal, mix design, and material certification files audit-ready
• Lead process toward Quality Manager II path after sponsorship
