Onward Search is seeking a Construction Quality Engineer for a temporary assignment supporting defense-focused infrastructure projects across the United States. The role spans 10-26 weeks with opportunities to contribute to critical projects.

You will develop quality management plans, oversee QA processes, conduct site evaluations, and perform weekly inspections of materials like concrete and soil. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance or quality control within the construction sector.
• Solid understanding of construction materials, safety regulations, and applicable codes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, CAD models, and using measurement tools, with experience in analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities
