RQ Construction, LLC seeks a Construction Quality Control Manager for a Pensacola, FL project on a military base. This on-site role operates 3:00 PM–12:00 AM, with travel/relocation possible for non-local candidates and per diem for qualified travelers.
The CQCM will develop and implement a project-specific quality control plan, ensure compliance with contract requirements, maintain timely documentation, and foster strong client relationships to drive project success.
RQ Construction, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) for a project on a military base in Pensacola, FL. This position will work a swing shift from 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
While preference may be given to candidates who are local to the project area, we are also open to traveling QCM candidates. Relocation or travel should be expected, as this is a fully on-site position. The anticipated duration of the project is approximately 6–8 months, and per diem may be available for qualified traveling candidates.
The CQCM is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing a project-specific quality control plan that meets all contractual requirements. This role also includes ensuring proper implementation of quality standards, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure overall satisfaction. All responsibilities are carried out in alignment with RQ's core mission, vision, and values.
