RQ Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) to join our Field Operations team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. In this position, you will oversee and implement the project-specific Quality Control program, ensuring construction activities meet contract requirements, project standards, and RQ's commitment to quality. You'll also maintain thorough project records and documentation while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to help successfully deliver the project.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Candidates already located in the area are preferred; however, relocation and accommodation assistance may be considered for qualified candidates from outside the area.
RQ Construction is a full-service Design-Build contractor providing construction services throughout the United States. Our Field Operations teams bring together experienced project leaders and skilled self-perform craft professionals to deliver successful projects in the field. We specialize in fast-track commercial construction for both public and private clients, with a strong focus on Department of Defense (DoD) projects.
$90,000-$110,000 DOE + comprehensive benefits package + vehicle allowance
