Job summary

Ross Group is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee daily QC for construction projects in the Pine Bluff area. You will inspect work, coordinate with the Owner’s QA rep, and enforce contract quality requirements while upholding safety on site.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of QC management, a BA in Construction Management or related field, and a proven ability to manage change, lead field staff, and communicate across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years of experience as a Quality Control Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage quality, schedule, safety, and cost.
• Willingness to relocate to Ross Group project sites.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Quality Control Plan for a multi-million project.
• Coordinate with Owner’s QA representative to assure requirements.
• Oversee testing by outside agencies and submittals.
• Maintain safety practices on-site and coordinate safety meetings.
• Prepare daily reports on inventory, work progress, weather, and safety.
• Support project engineers and ensure timely close-out documents.
