Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–5 years inspection experience in construction.
• AWS-CWI or equivalent certification.
• PT, MT and UT thickness experience preferred.
• MS Office (Word and Excel) experience.
• Bluebeam experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of ASME codes and applications.
• Strong planning and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports and stops work on unsafe conditions.
• Review applicable plans and drawings during inspections.
• Ensure welds meet WPS and WPQ requirements.
• Maintain weld maps and logs and document inspections.
• Coordinate with Authorized Inspector and witness points.
