The Construction Quality Control & Safety Manager serves as ASP's primary technical authority on construction, owning the organization's construction standards, home selection criteria, and quality/safety expectations across all programs. They lead construction consultants, site supervisors, and safety captains while driving continuous improvement in construction methods and best practices. They also spearhead innovation—researching new materials, methods, and strategic partnerships—and maintains ASP's construction knowledge management system to ensure lessons learned and technical guidance are captured and shared organization-wide. This is an exempt position reporting to the Vice President of Field Operations.
