Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant construction role.
• Strong ability to review architectural plans for quality and cost implications.
• Proficiency with software used to review digital plan sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality program from preconstruction to project closeout.
• Develop constructability review schedules and assist with reviews.
• Confirm resolution of constructability issues and document accordingly.
• Regularly review the open warranty log and capture lessons learned.
