Qualifications

• 0-5 years of construction-related experience is acceptable
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 15+ lbs
• Willingness to travel between job sites (<90% travel)
• Residency in AL, FL, GA, LA, MS, TN, or TX required

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on new homes and verify they meet company standards
• Serve as a final check before homeowner orientations
• Work independently and manage daily tasks
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a quality final product
