Job summary

Strong Hold is seeking a quality-focused technician to join our manufacturing team. The role is onsite and entails inspecting products, analyzing test data, and recommending improvements to meet safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have a strong eye for detail, basic math skills, and proficiency with MS Office/Excel. Some college or a high school diploma/GED is expected, with 1–2 years in inspection preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must demonstrate high-level visual awareness and attention to detail.
  • Strong mathematical fundamentals are essential.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical information accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel for drafting reports and data.
  • Excellent organizational skills with task prioritization.
  • Outstanding attendance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect products at various stages to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Use measurement tools and basic math to evaluate dimensions and specs.
  • Maintain high visual awareness to detect defects or inconsistencies.
  • Identify quality issues and report for corrective action.
  • Develop and maintain inspection records and procedures.
  • Record, analyze, and draft quality reports on test data.
  • Ensure test equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality processes.
  • Monitor production to avoid delaying timelines.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting goals.
  • Capable of standing for long periods in a non-climate-controlled environment.
