Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction, Inc. is seeking an Entry-Level Quality Control Field Technician in Pensacola, FL to support the Operations team. You will perform inspections, test activities, and monitor workmanship to ensure compliance with plans and standards.

You’ll document findings, report issues to the team, and help implement corrective actions. The role requires a valid driver’s license and at least one year of relevant experience; an Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred and

Qualifications

• One year of relevant work experience (quality control preferred).
• Knowledge and understanding of telecommunication construction industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections during installation to ensure work meets plans and specifications.
• Perform final inspections as requested by customers to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Record and report non-conformances; follow up until resolved.
• Ensure all required testing is completed and document results.
• Support project activities and assist management as needed.
