SJS Executives, LLC (SJS), also doing business as SJS Industrial, seeks a qualified Construction Quality Control Manager / Superintendent to lead on-site quality and safety for NAVFAC/USACE projects in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of verified experience as a Quality Control Manager with General Contractors on NAVFAC or US Army Corps of Engineers projects.
• 10 years of foreman experience in Concrete, Mechanical, Electrical, Masonry, or Carpentry on commercial/industrial/military projects (no residential).
• Possess or be able to obtain US Army Corps of Engineers CQM certificate.
• Valid Real ID per federal requirements; able to pass drug test and background check.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate construction quality management program for assigned projects and provide status reports.
• Review contractor QC plans with Navy CM and approve as needed.
• Attend quality control and safety meetings; monitor three-phase checklists for accuracy.
• Submit QA/QC remarks on government and contractor reports; review test results.
• Coordinate site safety, temporary utilities, and permits; oversee safety stand-downs.
