Flynn Group of Companies in Minneapolis is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support our Commercial Construction team. You will help code and price construction projects, set up item codes, and manage pricing data in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Intermediate to Advanced level of Excel.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction, business and purchasing is an asset but not required.

Aufgaben

• Assisting team with coding and pricing construction projects.
• Set up, maintain, and update item codes/pricing.
• Data sorting and processing.
• Compiling reports.
• Other administrative duties as required.
• Request and review quotes from supplier.
• Create PO’s and invoice processing.
• Coordinate and schedule material delivery and pick-up.
• Outsource products and services as required.
