Job summary

Aligned Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager for residential construction to oversee subcontract bidding, contract administration, estimating support, and trade partner relationships for new home projects.

You will collaborate with construction, accounting, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality homes at competitive prices while strengthening vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four or more years in residential homebuilding.
• Purchasing and estimating experience preferred.
• Contract negotiation expertise.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop bid packages and solicit subcontractor proposals.
• Evaluate bids and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare and execute subcontract agreements.
• Develop construction cost estimates.
• Review construction plans and specifications.
• Maintain relationships with trade partners.
• Resolve contract and invoicing issues.
• Coordinate insurance and licensing compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of purchasing processes.
